Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
CleanRide Pro offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all car interior cleaning accessories purchased in France.
2. Eligible Returns
Items eligible for return must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all components
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from product description
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened cleaning solutions
- Personalized or custom-ordered accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact support@cleanridepro.com with your order number
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package items securely with all original components
- Ship to our France returns center
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Items are inspected within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds processed to original payment method
- Refunds appear in 5-10 business days
6. Return Shipping
For defective items or our errors, CleanRide Pro pays return shipping. For other returns, customer pays return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for defective items or wrong sizes. Contact us first to arrange exchanges.
